North Bridge Systems serves exclusively commercial customers and legal entities. There is no consumer business within the meaning of § 13 BGB. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body (§ 36 VSBG).

6 · EU dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Due to our exclusively commercial business activity this platform is not applicable to our mandates.

7 · Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible under § 7 (1) DDG for our own content on these pages in accordance with general law. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, as a service provider we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Any liability in this regard is, however, only possible from the moment of knowledge of a specific legal infringement. Upon notice of any such infringement we will remove the content concerned without delay.
